I draw from my practice as a performance writer and scholar to hone language that accurately and powerfully describes artistic work. I pull from my decade of fundraising and administration experience in the NYC arts scene to offer strategic advice. I can hold the philosophical and the practical at once.

Dramaturgy

I help artists expand and deepen their creative research. I can watch, reflect, and respond to work in progress, provide rich written description as reflection, and recommend related theoretical texts. I like to build relationships with artists over time to form a shared vocabulary, letting each collaboration include both care and criticality.
